Picnics can be collected from Wednesday-Saturday.

Collection is available from 667 Chapel Street, South Yarra between 5pm and 8pm. Daytime picnics can be collected the evening beforehand.

We recommend you park in the Woolworths car park directly across the road if you're visiting before 6.30pm.

We’ve put together the Gourmet Picnic Experience (Fri,Sat and Sunday only) to contain everything you need for an unforgettable picnic. That includes a gorgeous Kollab rug, low table, vase of dried blooms, napery and cutlery. We'll collect it from you the Monday after your picnic. Just make sure you've washed it :)

However, if you already have some of the picnic equipment or want a more casual affair, a Pared Back picnic is for you. This option includes our gourmet food and drink only, but it does include a super cute table cloth you can keep!

Our Couples picnics are best suited for two people while our Small Groups picnics let you add up to 6 people. You'll find a 2-person option for both and the food is exactly the same!

Our grazing option includes the same amount of shared food for our 3-person option but just with an additional dessert, cutlery and drink. It's enough food to graze on for 4 people rather than being a main meal.

We have this option available if you're wanting a grazing option for 6 people also.

Your picnic pack will arrive cold. To ensure food safety, we recommend you consume your food within 2 hours of receiving it.

If you don't plan to eat your picnic straight away, pop it immediately into the fridge and eat it no later than the next day to ensure quality and freshness.

We're currently awaiting our liquor licence so for now feel free to bring your favourite drop along with you.

Liquid HQ is located just across the road in Chapel 670 or you can visit South Yarra Bottlehouse on Toorak Road.

We also have some great non-alcoholic cocktails too if that takes your fancy!

Our picnics are pre-prepared and packaged up in the afternoon for collection that evening or we'll deliver to you to enjoy the following day. Delivery times are between 6pm-9pm.

You’ll just need to store your cheeses, meats and other fresh produce in the fridge. Bread and crackers can be kept in a cool, dry spot.

This means we've sold out for that day, but if the day before is available you can opt for a delivery and we'll deliver to you the night before. Then you just need to pop everything into the fridge until you're ready to go!

Good choice! If you want to have a Sunday picnic, you'll just need to arrange your pick-up or delivery date for Saturday evening. Bundle all the cold products into the fridge so they're fresh for the next day!

Anywhere that picnics are permitted. From an intimate spot along the Yarra to one of the fine twilight events happening during the warmer months.

We’ve deliberately created our picnics to be easy to transport and set up wherever you’d like.

Twilight Picnics also make an easy (and decadent) upgrade to evening events around the city. Think moonlight movies, evenings at the beach, music sessions in the park.

Ah the weather - if only we could control it! We ask you to keep an eye on the forecast as refunds will not be available for change of mind, weather or personal circumstance; however if you contact us at hello@twilightpicnics.com.au with at least three (3) days' notice, we will send you a Twilight Picnics gift card to use at another suitable time.

If you are booking The Gourmet Picnic Experience, collection of hired items is included if you're located within 8kms of South Yarra; otherwise, you will need to return your picnic to 667 Chapel St, South Yarra within 3 days of your picnic.

If you have booked hired items as an add-on, you will need to return these within 3 days also.

All items must be washed.

We can accommodate vegetarian diets and we also offer items that don't contain gluten from our supplier, Glazed.

Please be advised that we cannot guarantee that there will be no traces of gluten, peanuts and other food allergens in our products due to food being prepared in a kitchen that does contain these ingredients.

Our food may contain: milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts and other ingredients that people may be allergic to.

We're not able to accommodate half/half dietaries at this stage. If you have one person dining with you who is vegetarian or gluten free, we suggest adding suitable individual items from the elevated add-on menu and making a note at checkout.

Yes, we’d be happy to drop off your picnic to you within 8km of South Yarra for a flat fee of $10.

Please note, our deliveries happen in the evenings so we'll be delivering your picnic to you the day before you plan to use it.

To ensure food safety. We have a number of perishable items in our picnic packs so someone needs to be available to put them directly in the fridge.
