Refunds will not be available for change of mind, weather or personal circumstance; however if you contact us at hello@twilightpicnics.com.au with at least four (4) days' notice, we will send you a Twilight Picnics gift card to use at another suitable time.
If you are booking The Gourmet Picnic Experience, collection of hired items is included if you're located within 8kms of South Yarra; otherwise, you will need to drop off your hired items to 667 Chapel St, South Yarra within 3 days of your picnic. Bowls must be washed, boards and cutlery wiped down.
For all deliveries ( all deliveries made the evening prior to your picnic between 6pm-9pm) someone must be home to receive the order, otherwise it will not be left. No refunds will be given if no-one is home to retrieve the picnic and collection from South Yarra must be arranged.
An $80 refundable bond is required for The Gourmet Picnic Experience to protect the hire of the equipment. We will contact you prior to making your delivery to arrange your bond.
All bowls, glasses and cutlery for hire must be washed and dried before returning to Twilight Picnics to ensure return of bond.
If you purchase an alcoholic drinks add-on, you agree that you are at least 18 years old.
To ensure food safety, please ensure your picnics are consumed within 2 hours of receiving or items go directly into the fridge. Twilight Picnics takes no responsibility for food safety if items are not consumed within this period of time.
All items are due to availability and seasonality and are subject to change. If you have a specific request to omit a particular food item/flavour, please note it in the order notes field below and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
We can accommodate vegetarian and vegan diets and we also offer items that don't contain gluten from our supplier, Glazed.
Please be advised that we cannot guarantee that there will be no traces of gluten in our products due to food being prepared in a kitchen that does contain gluten.
Our food may also contain: milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts and other ingredients that people may be allergic to. Please avoid purchasing if you have a food allergy.
